#1 Coordination Package
For our couples that have made all of their big and major decisions- like locking in your vision, booking your vendors and venue but just need some help tying it all together. We have that pretty bow to tie it all together for you!
We start 12 weeks out from your wedding day. You will have unlimited access to us, at this point.
We will give you access to our vendor list, in case you missed some!
We will become the main point of contact for you, your venue and all your vendors.
We will have 3 complimentary meetings (our detail/timeline meeting and your venue’s final detail meeting + walkthrough.
Rehearsal Attendance + Coordination, connecting with your family & bridal party.
Day-of Coordination- we will set up any personal decor, mange your vendor team & wedding party, and be within your arms reach at all times!

#2 Partial Planning Package
For our couples that have taken care of most things, but also needs someone to take care of them during the wedding planning process. We are your gals!
We start 12 weeks out from your wedding day.
We will have a total of 5 complimentary meetings. On top of the 3 complimentary between us & your venue, we can attend any 2 additional meetings of your choice! (Rentals, Floral, Stationary, DJ, Catering, etc.)
We will help with searching & reaching out to any vendors you may still need at this time. (Venue, & Catering must already be booked at this time).
All of Package #1 included.

#3 Full Planning Package
For our couples that are filled with TOO MANY amazing ideas, or simply just don’t have the time for wedding planning- we get it! Fret not, this is our specialty so you can sit back and watch the magic happen as we bring your dream wedding come to life!
We start 6 months out, or if you do not have your venue booked yet we will start immediately!
We will source & scout your wedding venue to start the process.
We will create a vision board that captures all your wants and needs. (Venue must be booked at this point).
We will attend all design meetings to oversee, plan & style every single detail to make sure it’s absolutely perfect!
All of Package #1+2 included.

Bring The Bubbly Events provided me the best service through my chaotic wedding season. They were always there to ensure I was on my timeline for appointments, and booking the things I needed for my wedding. They are such a sweet bunch too! Very relaxed and willing to help you as much as possible! I enjoyed chatting with the team on my needs and my desires I had for my special day. When it came down to my wedding day, the whole Bubbly Team was very supportive of me and my bridesmaids + groomsmen. They made sure everyone looked their best, and not to mention my husband got bird poop on him, RIGHT before the wedding! And luckily Darrian was able to save the day and helped Zak get cleaned up! They’re seriously an amazing group of hard working gals who make is a goal to make your wedding day look seamless and PERFECT!

We hired Bring The Bubbly to coordinate our wedding, and it was the BEST decision we made. Once we started our time together, Christine (our lead Coordinator) was available to us 24/7 which honestly, as a bride, is such a blessing!

WE LOVE Darrian. She’s exactly the kind of planner that a detail oriented, stressed out bride like myself needed. She responds to every email, even the smallest comments I made. It was so surreal watching her and all our vendors work together. They brought our vision to life, and in the end knew about our wedding even more than we did!
One the day, Darrian executed everything even better than I could have ever imagined! We have a pretty large group of vendors, and an even bigger family— Darrian managed them all and also her team perfectly! Her whole team was amazing, having them around me gave me so much comfort. Everything we needed was taken care of. yes. EVERYTHING. The best part is that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We had so much fun with our guests and even our vendors. Darrian was a joy to have around, we really enjoyed getting to know her.

Christine was our personal wedding planner and she was always available through text, email and phone and helped me through all of the fine details. My guests keep telling me that our wedding was the most timely and efficient wedding they had ever been to. And it seems like a funny compliment but I REALLY appreciated it because I have been a guest at those weddings that seem disjointed and disorganized, but Christine and her team made everything flow with ease that my guests really took note. I also loved how I literally did not have to stress one bit on the day of my wedding because I could trust that Christine and her team had everything under control- and she did! My friends and family are still telling me what a beautiful wedding ours was and I know it’s because of the attention to detail Christine had.
